Since our Services are digital and provided on a subscription basis, there are no physical returns. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair practices.

Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our CRM Services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription start date. This applies to both monthly and annual plans, provided no significant usage or customizations have occurred beyond initial testing.

Technical Issues: Refunds may be issued if the Services fail to perform as described due to technical problems on our end that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., persistent crashes or unavailable features).

The following are generally non-refundable:

Monthly Subscriptions After Initial Period: Once the 30-day guarantee period ends, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel to avoid future charges.

Custom Features or Integrations: Any custom development, add-ons, or third-party integrations are final and non-refundable.

Training and Support Services: Fees for additional services like onboarding, training, or premium support are non-refundable.

Account Terminations for Violations: No refunds if your account is terminated due to breaches of our -Terms of Service (e.g., misuse of the platform).

Free Trials: No refunds apply if you convert from a free trial, as the trial allows evaluation without cost.

We do not offer refunds for changes in your business needs, dissatisfaction after extended use, or if you simply change your mind outside the guarantee period.
